Seif El Hajjem
a Tunisian Industrial Engineer who graduated from the National Engineering School of Tunis in 2015. Currently a Project Manager at WYNSYS Tunisia, he excels in leading SAP implementation projects across various industries, driving operational efficiency and fostering innovation in business processes. A passionate volunteer, Seif has been actively involved with IEEE since 2012, holding numerous leadership roles. He served as Chair of the IEEE ENIT Student Branch (2013–2014) and later took on key positions, including Membership Activities Vice Chair of IEEE Tunisia Section (2020–2021). From 2019 to 2024, he contributed to the IEEE Region 8 Young Professionals Committee, supporting initiatives across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently, Seif leads the IEEE YP Industry & Career Subcommittee, serves as IEEE Africa Council Membership Activities Vice Chair, and is a member of the IEEE Region 8 Entrepreneurship Committee. With a passion for mentoring and professional development, Seif is dedicated to empowering young engineers and fostering innovation within the global IEEE community.

Rawane El-jamal
(UK and Ireland Section), Entrepreneurship committee chair Rawan is a Customer Solution Architect at Mastercard Europe, covering digital and core acceptance solutions, working with merchants and commerce partners. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from London Business School, and BEng in Computer and Communication from the American University of Beirut. She has been part of IEEE since 2014, taking on various roles from SB chair at AUB, to leading new initiatives in R8 SAC, then moving to R8 YP and leading the Entrepreneurship Initiative since 2020. Rawan has been leading R8 Entrepreneurship for the past 4-5 years, taking it through initiative, to adhoc committee, and now standing committee as part of MA. Outside Mastercard and IEEE, Rawan enjoys days out in the park whenever the sun shines in London, travelling to new destinations (next up: Japan, April 2025), trying new cuisines, and new hobbies (current: singing).
