REGISTRATION
The full registration fee for the participants covers conference materials, attendance to all Sessions, Tutorials and Events, lunches and coffee-breaks, and Conference Dinner (not included in all types of fees).
The authors of the accepted papers must register in advance (before 31 May, 2025) by selecting a Full (IEEE Member or Non Member) or a Student Registration Fee for inclusion in the conference programme. One Day Registration Fee does not cover the publication cost for accepted papers.
The accepted papers have to be presented at the conference. No–shows will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be proposed for publication in IEEE Xplore or other public-access IEEE forums.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to the IEEE RTSI 2025 (rtsi@ieee.tn) by 30 June 2025. An administrative fee of US$100 will be charged for each refund. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 30 June 2025.
